My inspiration lies in the creative ideas of portraiture, set design and styling. The body of work "Homage to Eagon" is influenced by the Austrian expressionist painter Egon Schiele. His work noted for it's intensity and raw sexuality and for the many self-portraits. Tragically Egon died at the age of 28 in Vienna, Austria 1918. He left behind an extensive and now very famous body of work shown in art galleries throughout the world. My portrait subjects are family and close friends.
